Job Description – Drone Program Advisor
- Position: Drone Academic Counsellor
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month during the probation period
About the Role:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Drone Academic Counsellor to join our team.
- The candidate will be responsible for Drone counselling prospective students and customers and promoting the company's educational and drone-related courses.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills along with a basic understanding of drones and drone technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and prospective learners regarding available courses and programs.
- Understand the learner's requirements, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, curriculum, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, messages, online platforms, and other available sources.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into course enrollments.
- Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and student interactions.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information about courses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Promote courses through appropriate communication channels.
- Coordinate with the academic and sales teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Stay updated about the company's courses, particularly drone-related programs and basic drone technology.
- Explain basic concepts, applications, and career opportunities related to drones to prospective learners.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve course sales, lead conversion, and student engagement.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in Drone counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of drones, drone technology, or drone-related applications.
- Willingness to learn more about drones and the company's technical courses.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, or similar tools will be an advantage.
Eligibility:
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Drone Academic Counselling, Educational sales, inside sales, tele-calling, business development, or a related field can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates having prior knowledge or interest in drones and drone technology will be preferred.
Salary and Career Growth:
- Probation Period: First 3 months.
- Salary During Probation: Up to ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided based on successful course enrolments and achievement of targets.
- After successful completion of the 3-month probation period, the candidate's salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance and contribution.
- Based on performance during the probation period, the candidate may be offered:
- PPO (Pre-Placement/Pre-Probation Offer), or
- Permanent Employment with the company.
- Additional opportunities for growth may be provided based on performance and business requirements.
