Role Description The District Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur. This position is responsible for managing relationships with customers and partners within the assigned district, ensuring that company products and services are effectively promoted and supported. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, understanding their business needs, presenting solutions, and following up on inquiries and orders. The District Representative will monitor market trends, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams to improve offerings and service quality. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing routine reports, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets in the district.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or field operations, preferably in a product or service-based industry.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-oriented role and manage time and travel within the district.
- Proficiency in using mobile and computer-based tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Local language proficiency and familiarity with the Jabalpur region and surrounding areas.
- Willingness to travel within the district and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven work environment.
