About the Role
The District Level Associate is a full-time, on-site role, owning truescholarAI's presence and growth within the assigned district. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role: you will be the face of truescholarAI to schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions, and the primary driver of student participation in the district.
You will report to the central team, work toward a monthly district-level target, and have real influence over how truescholarAI is perceived and adopted in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Student Motivation (Primary Responsibility)
- Engage directly with school principals, directors, coaching institute owners, and parents to build institutional buy-in for the truescholarAI Scholarship Challenge
- Motivate and convince students to participate in the challenge, working closely with parents and institutional leadership to drive turnout
- This is the core lever for achieving the monthly participation target, and the associate is directly accountable for it
Institutional Outreach
- Approach schools, coaching centers, and educational organizations in the assigned district and present the truescholarAI Scholarship Challenge to their leadership
- Build and maintain direct relationships with principals, directors, and other decision-makers
- Conduct information sessions explaining truescholarAI's knowledge assessment and recognition platform
Enrollment & Participant Support
- Support student enrollment and registration processes
- Assist learners and parents with queries about assessments, schedules, and rewards
- Track and drive test participation across the district against the monthly target
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate local marketing and awareness activities
- Support the execution of events and award distribution activities
- Collect participant and institutional feedback and relay it to the central team
- Ensure all local operations align with truescholarAI's standards of fairness, transparency, and responsible AI-driven education
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers, students, and parents alike
- Persuasion and motivational skills — comfortable convincing stakeholders and students to act
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage outreach, events, and administrative tasks independently
- Basic digital literacy and comfort with online tools for registrations, reporting, and communication
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with schools, coaching institutes, and community groups
- Problem-solving and service orientation to handle participant queries with clarity and support
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in education, field sales, or community outreach is an advantage
- Familiarity with scholarship programs, academic assessments, or EdTech platforms is a plus
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently within the district, with full ownership of hitting targets
Compensation & Growth
- Fixed salary as per industry standards, based on skills and experience
- Monthly performance incentive of up to ₹6,000 upon achieving the assigned district target
