Role Description
The Director – Security & Facility Services will be responsible for leading and scaling VISCO India’s Security & IFM business. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram, with complete ownership of business development, operations, client relationships, profitability, compliance, and team performance.
The Director will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. Simultaneously, they will ensure seamless execution of security and facility management operations across multiple client locations while maintaining the highest service standards.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of the business, including sales strategy, operational excellence, manpower management, statutory compliance, budgeting, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall Security & Facility Management business with complete P&L ownership.
* Drive business development through corporate sales, tender participation, channel partnerships, and strategic client acquisition.
* Develop annual sales strategies, revenue targets, and expansion plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, developers, schools, hospitals, industries, and residential communities.
* Oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service quality and SLA adherence.
* Lead recruitment, deployment, training, and performance management of security personnel and facility staff.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including PSARA, labour laws, ESI, PF, CLRA, and other applicable regulations.
* Develop operational SOPs, quality standards, audit mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor profitability, budgeting, pricing, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, client retention, and escalation management.
* Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Mentor and build a high-performing leadership team capable of supporting future business expansion.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in Security Services, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Facility Operations, or Business Operations.
* Strong experience in corporate sales, business development, and key account management.
* Excellent understanding of security operations, manpower deployment, facility management, and service delivery.
* Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, PSARA regulations, and contract management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, multiple client locations, and cross-functional operations.
* Experience handling budgets, profitability, pricing strategies, and business planning.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
* Prior experience leading regional or national Security & Facility Management businesses will be highly preferred.
