About TRIARQ Health
TRIARQ Health is a Physician Practice Services company that partners with doctors to run modern, patient-centered practices so they can be rewarded for delivering high-value care. Our physician-led model simplifies the transition to value-based care by combining a proprietary, cloud-based practice and care-management platform with patient-engagement services, freeing doctors to focus on better outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR leader to join us as Director – People Operations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our people and culture function as the business grows rapidly across our Tech, RCM, and Operations divisions.
You will own four HR verticals end to end — Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, HR Operations & Compliance, and Admin/Facilities — and be accountable for weaving TRIARQ's culture, values, and strategic goals into every part of the employee lifecycle. This is a builder's role for someone who leads from the front, is energized by scale, and turns ambiguity into action.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition — Scaling the Business
Build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that fuels the company's growth across Tech, RCM, and Operations. You will:
- Drive strategic hiring that scales the workforce rapidly and efficiently while keeping our culture and values fully intact.
- Own workforce planning in close partnership with department heads — forecasting hiring needs, designing recruitment strategies, and ensuring TRIARQ can scale operations ahead of demand.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding and integration experience so new hires ramp quickly and connect to our culture and ways of working from day one.
2. Talent Management & Development
Act as a strategic HR business partner to the Tech and RCM businesses, with a relentless focus on retention and employee experience. You will:
- Business-partner the divisions on employee relations, retention strategy, and attrition control — using stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee pulse surveys to continuously read the organization and act on what you learn.
- Own Learning & Development across technical training, operational training, and soft skills, including the effective rollout and utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Lead the performance management cycle end to end — timely quarterly feedback, appraisals, and career development plans that build capability and a clear path for growth.
3. People, Culture & Rewards
Champion TRIARQ's core values and build a workplace where people are engaged, motivated, and aligned to the mission. You will:
- Drive cultural development — fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture and keeping the company's mission and values front and center.
- Own compensation and benefits — designing and managing competitive C&B programs that attract and retain top talent, upholding high ethical standards, regularly benchmarking against the market, and running an effective annual increment cycle that you continuously improve.
- Lead employee engagement and retention — implementing programs that deepen engagement, reduce turnover, and make TRIARQ an employer of choice; expanding our employer brand and social presence; and leading efforts to earn Great Place to Work certification and comparable cultural benchmarks.
- Align people strategy to business strategy — partnering with senior leadership so every HR program is tied to the company's growth plans and strategic objectives.
- Lead change management — guiding HR-driven change with clear communication and strong employee engagement throughout each transition.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Run a tight, compliant, data-accurate HR operation. You will:
- Ensure full compliance with central and state labour laws and the new wage codes; own employee relations, disciplinary cases, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Own core HR operations — payroll, leave and attendance, and day-to-day HR system management.
- Manage HRMS in partnership with the parent company — driving effective implementation and adoption, overseeing payroll systems, and administering benefits including Group Medical Coverage (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL) insurance.
- Continuously improve HR systems and tools to raise efficiency and data accuracy.
5. Admin & Facilities Management
Oversee operations across all three TRIARQ facilities. You will:
- Run facility operations — housekeeping, security, procurement, and budget management — ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimal use of resources.
- Optimize cost — implementing strategies that reduce facility-related spend while maintaining high standards of safety and employee well-being.
Who You Are
We are looking for a leader with genuine presence and drive — someone who sets the pace rather than waits for direction:
- Hands-on and in the detail. You lead from the front and are as comfortable building a process yourself as delegating it. You go to the floor, not just the dashboard.
- Deeply experienced. You have done this before, at scale, and you carry the pattern recognition that only comes from years in the seat.
- A natural communicator and people person. You talk to people constantly — across every level and every division — and build trust quickly. Relationships are how you get things done.
- A proactive thinker. You anticipate problems before they surface, spot what's coming around the corner, and act early rather than react late.
- Aggressive and driven. You bring urgency and high standards, push hard for outcomes, and are impatient with drift. You move fast and hold the bar high.
- Solution-oriented. You come with answers, not just problems. When something breaks, you own it and drive it to resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven senior HR leadership experience with a strong track record in culture development, strategic HR management, and scaling businesses in the IT and RCM industries.
- Minimum 15+ years in HR in the IT industry, with hands-on experience in the RCM industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR operations across multiple verticals and geographies, aligned to the company's strategic objectives.
- Strong in numbers and logical problem-solving; data-driven, with hands-on use of HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making, paired with tactical execution and the ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in AI application usage and HRMS tools and systems.
- Good hands-on command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Management (HR) preferred.
