Role & responsibilities (18+ Years ONLY)
The Director of Automation leads Org's Automation Center of Excellence, overseeing teams, strategy, and technology to enhance enterprise automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily automation support, product enhancement, and deployment across business lines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions, drive automation strategy, and ensure quality delivery.
- Lead development, management, and deployment of automation, including new technologies and continuous improvement.
- Establish standards, monitor progress, and ensure data security and system reliability.
- Develop vendor relationships, evaluate emerging tools, and manage budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree required; masters preferred, with healthcare experience advantageous.
- 18+ years relevant experience, 5+ in leadership.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), scripting languages (C#, Java, Python), and data tools (SQL, Tableau).
- Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships, foster a positive culture, and lead change.
