What are we looking for
real solver?
We identify better ways of doing things.
Solver? Absolutely. But not the usual kind. We're searching for the architects of the audacious & the pioneers of the possible. If you're the type to dismantle assumptions, re-engineer ‘best practices,’ and build solutions that make the future possible NOW, then you're speaking our language.
- Improver. Solver. Futurist.
- Great sense of humor.
- ‘Possible. It is.’ Mindset.
- Compassionate collaborator. Bold experimenter. Tireless iterator.
- Natural creativity that doesn’t just challenge the norm, but solves to design what’s better.
- Thinks in systems. Solves at scale.
This Isn’t for Everyone.
But if you’re the kind who questions why things are done a certain way—and then identifies 3 better ways to do it — we’d love to chat with you.
Your Mission: The Role
solving for better.
You are the Transformation Engine. You are the fds (Forward Deployed Solver) lead who
owns the global marketing strategy, directly driving exponential top-of-funnel growth and
ensuring the integrity of our revenue pipeline.
This isn't a "management gig"
. You'll serve as the DRI for Global Pipeline Strategy, ruthlessly
optimizing the journey from market curiosity to closed-won revenue. You'll work side-by-side
with the CEO, Practice Heads, and Sales Leadership to reimagine, personalize, and embed
Searce into the fabric of the global tech ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
what you will wake up to solve.
(Hint: It’s never just "branding")
- Architect a Global Growth Engine: Design and lead high-impact GTM strategies that inspire, challenge, and position Searce as the primary "futurifier" in the USA and International markets.
- Own the Revenue & Pipeline: Act as the ultimate custodian of the marketing funnel. Forecast, chase, and deliver on revenue targets with a founder's mindset.
- Infuse AI-Native Marketing: Leverage applied AI engineering and data intelligence to personalize, measure, and scale our marketing at 10x speed.
- Lead a Team of Solvers: Coach, empower, and grow a high-performing global marketing team that thinks in systems and solves at scale.
- Maximize Strategic ROI: Manage global budgets like a founder. Build high-value partnerships with hyperscalers (GCP/AWS) to co-innovate and drive real business outcomes
AI-Powered Marketing Operations
AI isn't just a tool here; it's the core architecture of our growth engine.
- LLM Deployment Ownership: Architect the hands-on orchestration of Large Language Models across the funnel—from automated content generation and personalization to real-time campaign optimization. You own the prompts, the brand-safety validation, and the systemic uptime.
- MarTech as a Product: Manage HubSpot, Marketo, or native stacks as an engineer-operator. You build the API-led integrations and self-healing attribution logic that turn Marketing into a high-velocity revenue engine.
- Eval-Driven Marketing AI: Engineer the internal benchmarks that define the "quality bar" for AI-generated creative and copy. You instrument the telemetry that determines when AI can publish autonomously and when human craft is vital.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Velocity
Solving for growth through data-driven acquisition.
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive the global demand engine with precision. Ensure agencies and channel partners are hitting pipeline milestones rather than just reporting impressions. Monitor everything through live dashboards, not static decks.
- Lead-to-Revenue Velocity: Re-engineer the MQL-to-SQL handoff to neutralize 80% of pipeline leakage before it compounds. Leverage AI-assisted intent modeling and predictive scoring to dictate a winning conversion strategy.
- Growth Infrastructure: Establish speed-of-thought experimentation protocols across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Build automated, board-ready attribution systems that stay auditable at scale.
Brand, Content & Category Creation
A brand engine built for compounding, not campaigns.
- High-Velocity Content Desk: Act as the "Narrative-Architect" for the company's category position. Use AI-assisted production pipelines to 10x content output while enforcing an uncompromising editorial bar.
- AI Brand Governance: Define the creative frontier for AI-generated assets—managing brand consistency, IP provenance, and disclosure standards to safeguard both our reputation and our customers' trust.
- Category Design: Lead boots-on-the-ground market shaping—analyst relations, flagship events, and thought leadership—that compresses typical multi-year brand-building cycles into radical new timelines.
People Engineering & Team Leadership
Engineering growth operators, not just managing marketers.
- AI-Augmented Team Design: Scale a lean, high-leverage unit where AI-nativity is a prerequisite. Train every member to treat technology as a mandatory force-multiplier for creative and analytical output.
- Playbook Architecture: Build the decision trees and automated logic paths that empower junior "operators" to launch, test, and iterate autonomously—bypassing traditional approval hierarchy and maximizing velocity.
Functional Skills
- 0→1 Growth Engine Architecture: A proven track record of scaling marketing functions, playbooks, and demand infrastructures from scratch—turning raw market chaos into streamlined, repeatable revenue systems.
- Pipeline Velocity & High-Stakes Positioning: Mastery of the full-funnel "Art of Growth" in complex SaaS, Enterprise AI, and cloud ecosystems—crafting aggressive positioning, pricing narratives, and ABM frameworks that accelerate pipeline without diluting the brand.
- Tech & AI Native Product Marketing: Ability to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with CTOs, Product VPs, and ML engineers, reading product architectures and translating complex tech stacks into clear, differentiated market narratives.
- Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional Authority: A decisive leader who commands the room with the C-Suite, Board, and Sales executives—shifting Marketing from a cost center into a proactive, revenue-generating business partner.
Tech Superpowers
- MarTech & AI Mastery: Expert at configuring and utilizing modern growth stacks (HubSpot, Marketo, Segment) alongside AI-native tools (Jasper, Writer, Clay, custom LLM workflows).
- Revenue Intelligence: Ability to orchestrate attribution, intent data, and funnel analytics across the full GTM ecosystem—turning fragmented signals into decisive resource allocation.
- Process Automation: Using low-code/no-code tools to automate routine campaign workflows, reporting, and lead routing at scale.
Experience & Relevance
- Consulting & Tech Pedigree: 12+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the B2B tech services/consulting industry.
- Strategic Leadership: Profound expertise in spearheading complex modernization narratives and GTM journeys on modern CSP tech stacks.
- Engineering/MBA Foundation: You hold an MBA or Engineering degree, providing you with a structured, first-principles problem-solving foundation.
- USA Market Mastery: A proven track record of directly contributing to business development and revenue in the USA region.
- MarTech Orchestration: Mastery of enterprise-grade tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to inform strategy and identify risks in the funnel.
