Job Title: Director - Strategic Alliances & Banking Partnerships

About the Role
Lead strategic partnerships with banking technology providers, payment ecosystem companies, financial institutions, and industry organizations across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage C-level relationships across the banking and fintech ecosystem.
- Develop and close OEM, reseller, channel, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Build scalable partner-led go-to-market programs.
- Develop joint business plans and revenue opportunities with strategic partners.
- Build relationships with banking associations and industry organizations.
- Lead executive-level negotiations and partnership strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 12–18+ years in Indian banking technology, payments, fintech, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Proven success in strategic partnerships and complex B2B/B2B2B deals.
- Strong executive network within the Indian financial-services ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of banking, payments, fraud, cybersecurity, or financial crime technology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
