Hiring: Director – Performance Marketing & D2C Growth
Location-Pune(we need candidate from pune only)
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing / D2C Growth Leader to drive measurable growth across 100+ consumer/D2C brands.
🔍 Key Responsibilities• Lead performance & growth strategy across multiple brands• Hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads, tracking and testing• Diagnose challenges across media, creative, funnel, conversion & unit economics• Drive improvements in CAC, MER, revenue & profitability• Work closely with founders, agencies and teams• Build scalable growth frameworks, dashboards and review systems
👤 Ideal Candidate• Senior Director / Head / VP – Performance or Growth Marketing• Strong D2C/e-commerce and multi-brand experience• Proven measurable business outcomes• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic mindset• Ability to influence founders and agencies
• Freelance/independent D2C growth consultants are also welcome
📍 Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
💼 Engagement: Full-time
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
