Key Accountabilities
- Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the Digital Technology (DT) projects.
- Executes Change Management activities utilizing T-shape model (broad P2P techno-functional skills combined with deep expertise in one or more application areas e.g. SAP MM/VIM, Concur)
- Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability.
- Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.
- Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with Finance process owners (globally) and becomes a trusted advisor for business processes covered in own area of expertise (P2P – Finance)
- Lead and/or participate in projects covering the SAP FICO domain including integration with other SAP modules and applications
- Supports demand management in defining project charters and translation into detailed requirements – in line with Nouryon’s project methodology.
- Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions.
- Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the applications in scope.
- E2E ownership of assigned CRs; including impact assessment, solutioning, build and deployment. Ensures managed deployments of CRs.
- Keeps relevant documentation and CMDB up-to-date for the business processes and applications in scope.
- Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments – check of designs and build.
- Contributes to and initiates continuous improvement activities
Key Activities
- Leads and/or participates in DT projects in different roles e.g. project manager, lead analyst/architect, finance project consultant or QA role.
- E2E management of CRs process in line with the DT Operating Model
- Pro-actively supports Finance business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics
We believe you bring
- Background: SAP FICO professional in IT (in-house or consultancy roles)
- Professional with around 7-10 years of experience in the SAP P2P domain including at least 5 years hands-on experience with SAP VIM / OpenText solutions.

- Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies, especially in the SAP ecosystem.
- Solves problems using knowledge, experience, and analysis of available information.
- Broad knowledge and experience of architecture, technology platforms and business domains with relevant experience in SAP FICO (Expertise area: P2P applications like SAP VIM, Concur, OpenText, Tax solutions and integration with Ariba and SAP MM).
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation projects and programs.
- Knowledge of and experience in technical components of OpenText is a strong pre.
- Preferably knowledge of Celonis (process mining) and reporting tools (Azure, PowerBI).
