We're looking for a Sr. Manager - Quality, based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
The role:
- Oversee incoming inspection to ensure received materials meet specifications
- Manage the full CAPA lifecycle - initiation, implementation, verification, and closure
- Coordinate supplier quality: development, audits, performance monitoring, and escalation of non-conformances
- Travel to vendor sites across India to verify quality at source, and to our warehouses to standardise practices on the ground
- Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints - root cause, corrective action, and timely feedback to customers
- Coordinate and standardise QC activities across our sites
- Drive continuous improvement and monitor quality metrics - PPM, NCR trends, CAPA closure rate
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years in quality management, with exposure to multi-site coordination and supplier quality
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, root-cause analysis tools, and CAPA processes
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and cross-functional coordination
