Meta Ads Specialist – Part-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Run lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Research and test audiences, creatives, and ad copies.
- Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Scale campaigns that deliver strong results.
- Identify and fix underperforming campaigns.
- Share regular performance updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running lead-generation campaigns.
- Understanding of targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous campaign results or a portfolio will be an advantage.
