Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing & Admissions

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to independently manage our digital marketing activities, generate quality leads and improve admissions. Our digital marketing setup is already established. The candidate will take ownership of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, email marketing and social media campaigns. the candidate will also personally handle lead follow-up and convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage YouTube Ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rate and cost per admission.
- Test audiences, creatives and campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
- Follow up with digital leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain courses, handle basic objections and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain lead/follow-up records and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Coordinate social media content, reels, videos and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of practical Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Good understanding of CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality and campaign optimization.
- Should be able to independently analyze campaign data and take corrective action.
- Good communication, follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling both marketing and sales responsibilities.
- Education/training industry experience is an advantage.
Important
This is not a "boost posts" or social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can independently set up, analyze and optimize paid campaigns and convert the leads generated into admissions.
