Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Coimbatore South. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and course enrollments. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and publishing digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve results. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with course launches, conducting market research, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills for planning and executing effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, engage audiences, and grow communities.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration, content creation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Experience with major social platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore South, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
