Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Pune. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and brand presence across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and updating web content, coordinating email and online promotions, and optimizing campaigns using web analytics data. The role involves collaborating with plantE teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, monitoring competitor activity, and preparing regular performance reports. The ideal candidate contributes ideas, stays current with digital marketing trends, and supports the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Web Content Writing skills for clear, engaging digital content.
- Candidates should possess practical Web Analytics skills to track, analyze, and optimize online performance.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in B2B or industrial products marketing is an advantage.
