🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager
**Google Ads | Meta Ads | Lead Generation | ROAS Optimization**
CityLaila Global Travel is looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
We are a fast-growing travel company operating across **UAE, India, and international markets**, offering:

We are looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about generating leads — it is about generating **qualified leads, bookings, revenue, and profit**.
Role: Performance Marketing Manager
📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
🧑💻 Experience: 4–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns
✅ Manage Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram
✅ Run WhatsApp lead campaigns
✅ Improve lead quality and reduce wasted ad spend
✅ Build retargeting and remarketing funnels
✅ Track campaigns from lead to booking
✅ Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions
✅ Monitor CPL, qualified leads, ROAS, revenue and campaign profitability
✅ Improve landing pages, forms, and WhatsApp conversion flow
Must-Have Skills:
🔹 Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
🔹 Strong Meta Ads experience
🔹 Experience in lead generation campaigns
🔹 GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel knowledge
🔹 UTM and CRM tracking understanding
🔹 Strong reporting and analytical skills
🔹 Ability to connect marketing spend with actual sales revenue
Experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, education, or high-ticket lead generation will be preferred.
This role is not for basic social media posting or only boosting posts. We are looking for a serious performance marketer who can own campaigns, analyze data, improve lead quality, and help us scale revenue.
