We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Specialist
CBS Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead ROI-focused digital campaigns and strengthen our reach across India and beyond.
This role is ideal for a performance marketer who combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and hands-on campaign expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising student outreach campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Developing audience, keyword and A/B testing strategies
- Monitoring CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC and LTV
- Building and optimising funnels, remarketing journeys and landing pages
- Collaborating with creative and content teams
- Driving actionable insights through performance reporting
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of paid performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, UTM tracking and attribution
- Strong understanding of funnel optimisation and marketing automation
- Education or event marketing experience will be an advantage
