Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support end-to-end execution of performance marketing, SEO coordination, and campaign optimization. The role will work closely with internal teams and agencies to drive lead generation, conversion, and overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with performance marketing agency (Google & Meta campaigns)
· Track daily campaign performance (leads, CPL, conversions)
· Support in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
· Work with SEO agency on content, landing pages, and rankings
· Assist in landing page updates and conversion optimization
· Monitor and report key metrics (traffic, leads, appointments)
· Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across channels
What We’re Looking For
· Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
· Strong analytical mindset with attention to data
· Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders/agencies
· Proactive, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
Preferred Background
· 2–3 year’s experience in Digital Marketing
· Exposure to performance marketing, SEO and Technical skills with agency coordination
Education
· Bachelor’s or above degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO) are good to have
Skills
Google Ads & Meta Ads, analytical skills (GA4), Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Advanced SEO, AI-Skills, ROI Tracking, CRM knowledge
