We require a team member to support the execution of our SEO, website content management, Instagram operations, marketing automation, and social media customer communication activities.
The role will primarily be execution-focused and will work closely with the SEO/Digital Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
● Uploading approved SEO category page content, blogs, and other website content through the website admin panel/CMS.
● Ensuring proper content formatting, including headings, internal links, metadata, images, alt text, FAQs, and other on-page elements based on the guidelines provided.
● Making approved content updates and corrections on existing website pages.
● Maintaining trackers for uploaded, published, pending, and updated content.
● Managing ManyChat automations for Instagram, including:
○ Comment-triggered automations
○ Keyword-based DM flows
○ Product/category links
○ Updating existing automation flows
○ Testing automations before they go live
● Scheduling Instagram Reels and other approved social media content through the relevant Meta/Instagram platforms.
● Adding approved captions, hashtags, product links, and other publishing details accurately.
● Ensuring content is scheduled according to the provided social media calendar.
● Monitoring and responding to Instagram DMs and routine customer enquiries.
● Understanding basic customer requirements and sharing relevant product/category information.
● Using approved response templates while maintaining natural and professional communication.
● Identifying potential customer leads and escalating relevant enquiries to the sales team.
● Responding to routine comments and social media interactions where required.
● Coordinating with the SEO, content, design, sales, and development teams for day-to-day execution requirements.
● Identifying and reporting issues related to website content, URLs, Instagram, Meta catalogue, ManyChat, or other marketing platforms.
● Maintaining daily/weekly activity reports and operational trackers.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone with approximately 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO operations, or a similar role.
The candidate should ideally have:
● Basic knowledge of SEO and on-page SEO.
● Experience working with a website CMS/admin panel.
● Familiarity with Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
● Experience or willingness to work with ManyChat.
● Basic understanding of website content publishing.
● Good written English and customer communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail, especially while handling website content and links.
● Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
● Ability to follow SOPs and predefined guidelines accurately.
● Ability to manage multiple operational activities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Google Search Console, Meta Commerce Manager, Meta Pixel, Canva, or e-commerce websites would be an added advantage.
Nature of the Role
This position is primarily an execution and operations role.
The person will not be expected to independently define SEO strategy, keyword strategy, technical SEO priorities, paid media strategy, or overall digital marketing direction.
Their responsibility will be to execute approved SEO, website, social media, automation, and customer communication activities accurately and consistently.
