Sell Well Digital is a performance marketing agency that focuses on generating leads and sales through paid marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
We mainly work with EdTech, Real Estate, and personal brands/service providers, helping them grow through performance-driven digital marketing.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Operations Executive to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, communicates well with clients, keeps projects moving smoothly, coordinates with team members, and helps ensure work gets executed properly across multiple client accounts.
Please Note: We are currently hiring candidates who are based in Bengaluru or Mangaluru only. Although this is a remote role, applicants from other locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client communication in a professional and timely manner
- Manage projects across 4 to 5 small to medium-sized client accounts
- Coordinate with internal team members such as media buyers, designers, accountants, and third parties
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and performance trackers
- Be good with numbers and able to spot gaps, trends, and issues in reporting
- Use AI tools and SOPs to support content creation and operational tasks
- Take ownership of tasks and move work forward without constant follow-up
- Come up with possible solutions instead of only pointing out problems
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred
- Freshers with exceptional internship or hands-on project experience may also be considered
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Strong spoken and written English is a must
- Tulu, Kannada or Hindi is an added advantage
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Added Advantage
- Landing page design or development using Page Builders on WordPress
- Automation tools such as Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or n8n
- AI tools used for workflow support, content, or productivity
- Basic creative thinking for ad ideas
- Basic designing or editing skills (Canva, etc.)
Compensation
- Salary: ₹2.4 to 3.0 LPA
- Probation Period: 3 months, paid
- At Sell Well Digital, we do not believe in fixed yearly appraisals. Growth is performance-based and can happen in 3 months, 6 months, or as per demonstrated contribution.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
