đ We're Hiring â Digital Marketing Lead | Ekam Invento (Kolhapur)
Ekam Invento is a fastâgrowing B2B industrial surplus marketplace â connecting sellers and buyers of industrial inventory across India and beyond. We're scaling from manual to fully digital, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own and drive that growth.
What you'll lead:
- Endâtoâend digital marketing strategy â national & international campaigns
- Seller acquisition + buyer acquisition through targeted campaigns
- Building the Ekam Invento brand across digital channels
- Taking us from manual â digital, with marketplace growth running on automation
- Performance marketing, SEO, social, email/WhatsApp, leadâgen funnels & analytics
What we're looking for:
- 3â5 years in digital marketing (B2B / marketplace / eâcommerce preferred)
- Proven record running paid + organic campaigns that deliver leads and conversions
- Handsâon with marketing automation, CRM & analytics tools
- Strategic thinker who can also execute â startup mindset, ownershipâdriven
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolhapur
