Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and basic graphics using tools like Canva.
- Write blogs, captions, email content, and promotional copy.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research and website content optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors and the design team to create healthcare awareness content.
- Research healthcare trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices.
- Help increase patient engagement and brand awareness through online channels.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
