Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will executing online campaigns to promote RTF Insurance Brokers’ services and strengthen brand visibility. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves assisting with social media content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms. The intern will help implement digital marketing initiatives, track web and campaign performance using analytics tools, and contribute to basic SEO and online marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing marketing reports, and supporting the development of marketing materials that clearly communicate the company’s offerings to target audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and familiarity with basic SEO concepts.
- Hands-on skills or coursework in Social Media Marketing, including content creation and platform management.
- Ability to use or learn Web Analytics tools to track campaign performance and user engagement.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external messaging.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort with digital tools, or Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Interest in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage, along with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
