Role Description The Digital Marketing Faculty will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and projects covering core digital marketing concepts and AI-supported marketing practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating teaching materials and case studies, conducting lectures and practical exercises, and assessing student performance through assignments, presentations, and exams. The faculty member will guide learners on real-world applications, mentor them on portfolio and career development, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nadapuram, requiring regular collaboration with the academic team to improve course content and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, analytics) is highly beneficial.
- Prior teaching, training, or corporate coaching experience in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills are required.
- Ability to design practical projects, case studies, and assessments aligned with industry needs.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge.
