About GERAZ
GERAZ is a vehicle services platform launching in Surat. One app for everything a vehicle needs: doorstep detailing, roadside assistance, repair, tyres, and more. We are at the very start of our journey and building our brand from the ground up.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes social media. This is a hands-on, content-first role. You will own our Instagram and Facebook presence from day one, creating daily content that builds a strong local following before and after our launch. You will work directly with the founders with full creative ownership.
What You Will Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit daily Reels and short-form videos
- Create engaging content: transformation videos, behind-the-scenes, trends, and tips
- Write captions and hooks in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Manage our Instagram and Facebook pages end to end
- Track trends and trending audio, and adapt them creatively for GERAZ
- Design simple carousels and posts (Canva)
- Engage with our community by replying to comments and messages
- Grow our reach, followers, and engagement organically
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience creating and editing Reels and short-form video (phone-based editing like CapCut or InShot is perfect)
- Strong understanding of the Instagram and Facebook algorithm and what makes content perform
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, with a feel for what connects locally in Surat
- Fast, creative, and prolific, comfortable producing content daily
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- A portfolio, personal page, or samples of content you have made
Bonus
- Experience growing a social media page (your own or a brand's)
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others
- Basic photography and design sense
