Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client acquisition for Arham Share. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, coordinating content and campaigns, overseeing paid and organic lead generation initiatives, and monitoring web analytics to improve performance. The role involves working closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and timely reporting on campaign results and market trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with a focus on performance-oriented campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including interpreting data, preparing reports, and using insights to refine campaigns.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in financial services or related sectors, and familiarity with regulatory considerations in marketing.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with proficiency in common digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, advertising platforms), is preferred.
