Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kendujhar. This position is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Ayurvedic products and increase brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring web analytics, and coordinating online promotions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with broader company goals, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports. The Digital Marketing Executive is expected to stay updated on digital trends, ensure consistent brand messaging, and support lead generation activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Marketing, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Effective Communication skills for creating clear messages and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create engaging and accurate content.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance and optimize digital campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Kendujhar.
- Familiarity with SEO, basic design tools, and email marketing platforms is beneficial.
