We're Hiring | Digital Marketing Executive | Pune, India
iEngineering Group is an Australian engineering consultancy delivering projects across electrical, solar, EV infrastructure, and asset management—spanning Australia, Fiji, and the Pacific region.
We're growing our team and looking for a motivated digital marketing executive based in Pune to support our business development and client engagement across multiple industries.
About the Role
We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow. We provide full training and ongoing support—so if you have the right attitude and communication skills, we will equip you with everything else you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Email Marketing – Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and existing clients
• SMS Marketing – Manage SMS outreach campaigns for timely client communication
• Cold Calling – Proactively reach out to potential clients across industries to generate leads and set appointments
• Client Follow-Ups – Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospects and clients throughout the sales pipeline
• CRM Management – Keep contact records, interactions, and campaign data up to date
• Content Support – Assist with LinkedIn and social media posts to support brand visibility
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or business development
• Excellent written and spoken English—this is essential
• Confident communicator, comfortable with cold calling and client conversations
• Positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
• Organised and able to work independently
• Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
