We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on Google Ads, PPC, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage & optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & search-term analysis
• Optimize campaigns for better leads, conversions & lead quality
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting & ad scheduling
• Create and test high-performing ad copies
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS & other KPIs
• Analyze campaign data and implement performance-driven strategies
• Manage conversion tracking, call tracking & lead tracking
• Support SEO, social media, remarketing, email marketing & other digital marketing activities
• Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
🔹 Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC & Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of Google Search Ads & lead-generation campaigns
• Practical experience with campaign optimization and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads conversion tracking is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with US/international campaigns will be an advantage
• Experience with call-based lead generation is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

The ideal candidate should be able to create campaigns from scratch, identify performance issues, optimize campaigns independently, improve lead quality and consistently work toward better conversions and ROI.
