DEVINETEK – Training & Placement is looking for a motivated, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis.

About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
You will work closely with the internal team to promote training programs, internship opportunities, placement activities, courses, events, and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Create and manage engaging social media posts, creatives, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate, track, and manage leads through various digital marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, basic SEO, and website optimization.
- Manage website content and coordinate with the technical team for regular updates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Research new digital marketing tools, platforms, trends, and opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for courses, training programs, internships, placements, and events.
- Work toward achieving defined lead-generation and marketing targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-focused social media content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic-design tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates will be preferred if they have:
- Experience in handling lead-generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in the education, training, internship, placement, or service industry.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- A proven understanding of digital marketing campaign optimization.
- A target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of marketing activities.
