🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive | Aavare
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants a sales job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a brand.
At Aavare, we’re on a mission to take the authentic flavours and traditions of Odisha to customers across India — starting with Mahaprabhu’s Khaja from Puri.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive / Brand Representative who is:
✈️ Willing to travel across Tier-1 cities in India
🎪 Comfortable representing Aavare at events, exhibitions & trade shows
🤝 Able to build relationships with retailers, partners, customers & communities
🎤 Confident enough to represent our brand, story & vision
🧠 Has a founder mindset — takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
🔥 Energetic, curious & hungry to build something from the ground up
📈 Interested in brand building + sales + business development, not just hitting a monthly target
What you'll actually do:
• Identify and participate in relevant events across major Indian cities
• Represent Aavare and communicate our story
• Generate B2B & B2C sales opportunities
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, event organizers & communities
• Explore new markets and partnerships
• Gather customer feedback and bring insights back to the team
• Help us figure out where Aavare should go next
This role involves travel. A lot of it. 🌏
If you want a predictable desk job, this probably isn't for you.
But if the idea of travelling to a new city, walking into an event, introducing a young brand to hundreds of people, building relationships and seeing your work directly impact the business excites you — we'd love to hear from you.
