ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR
📱 Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, posts & creatives
- Develop content ideas related to Solar Energy & Renewable Energy
- Write captions, scripts and marketing copy
- Manage and maintain social media pages
- Create basic videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Capture and utilize project/site content for digital marketing
📈 META ADS – HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns
- Lead generation campaigns
- Audience targeting & retargeting
- Campaign optimization
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM & conversions
- Candidates should have practical experience with at least 1–2 Meta Ads projects/campaigns
🔎 GOOGLE ADS – HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Google Search Ads campaign setup
- Keyword research
- Ad copy creation
- Basic conversion tracking
- Campaign optimization & performance analysis
- Practical experience through a project/internship/freelance campaign is required
🌐 SEO
- Keyword research
- On-page SEO basics
- Content optimization
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Basic understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Practical SEO project experience preferred
ELIGIBILITY – IMPORTANT
Freshers can apply, provided they have:
✔️ Digital Marketing certification from a recognized platform/institute
✔️ Hands-on experience with minimum 1–2 practical projects
✔️ Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
✔️ Basic SEO knowledge
✔️ Content creation experience
✔️ A portfolio/project report/campaign screenshots to demonstrate practical work
✔️ Strong interest in learning and growing in the Renewable Energy industry
🚫 Certification without practical knowledge will not be sufficient.
