About StepsAI
StepsAI is building AI agents that help businesses answer customers, capture leads, make sales, book appointments, and get work done.
We’re looking for a Content Creator Intern who can help us show the product to the world.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll create Reels, product videos, tutorials, onboarding content, and social media content. You’ll also be one of the faces of StepsAI, appearing in videos and explaining what we’re building.
What you’ll do
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content
- Be on camera and explain StepsAI in a simple, engaging way
- Create product demos and feature videos
- Turn product updates into simple, easy-to-understand content
- Create onboarding and how-to videos for customers
- Help document our product, features, and workflows
- Come up with hooks, video ideas, scripts, and new content formats
- Shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Follow social media trends and find ways to adapt them to a B2B AI product
- Repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
- Work with the marketing and product teams to understand what we should communicate
- Gradually get involved in ads, creative testing, and performance marketing
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable being on camera
- Enjoys making Reels, Shorts, or other video content
- Has a good sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- Can explain things clearly and naturally
- Has basic video editing skills
- Is creative and willing to experiment
- Can write simple scripts and hooks
- Is active on Instagram, YouTube, or other social platforms
- Is curious about AI, startups, and technology
- Can take an idea from “we should make a video about this” → finished video
- Is based in Hyderabad and can work from our office
Bonus points
- You already create content on your own Instagram/YouTube
- You have appeared on camera in previous content
- You understand Reels, hooks, retention, and storytelling
- You know CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
- You have basic knowledge of paid ads
- You’ve worked with a startup or small team before
What you’ll get
This won’t be a role where you’re just scheduling posts.
You’ll work directly with the team building an AI startup and get experience across:
Content → Product Marketing → Social Media → Video → Documentation → Ads → Growth
You’ll have the opportunity to build a real portfolio of product videos, educational content, social content, and campaigns.
High-performing interns may have the opportunity to continue with StepsAI after the internship.
