DIGITAL GROWTH & PERFORMANCE MARKETING STRATEGIST

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Strategist to lead high-impact digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase sales, and accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and WhatsApp Click-to-Chat Campaigns.
Build and optimise lead generation and sales funnel strategies.
Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, and CPL.
Implement tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Analyse campaign data and present actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
Leverage AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Required Skills
Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and attribution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
Experience managing multi-platform advertising campaigns.
Google and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
