We’re Hiring: Digital Executive | Kolkata

Can you turn an idea into a video content, shoot it, edit it, and get it live?
93.5 RED FM, Kolkata is looking for a Digital Production Executive to lead the day-to-day digital content game for our Red FM Bengal platforms.
This is a role for someone who loves creating, experimenting, multitasking, and moving at the speed of social media.
What you’ll do:
🎥 Plan, shoot, edit & publish Reels, Shorts and digital videos
🔥 Keep up with trending audio, memes, pop culture & viral formats
🎙️ Create RJ, event, campaign & on-ground content
💡 Ideate and execute content end-to-end
📊 Track performance and use insights to make content better
📅 Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery
What we’re looking for:
✨ 1–5 years of experience in digital/content/social media
🎞️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
🎨 Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator knowledge is a plus
📱 Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
🎶 Passion for music, entertainment, culture & trends
⚡ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced media environment
