Job Details
- Position: Destination Manager
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry
- Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA
- Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead destination-specific study-abroad operations.
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, and courses.
- Handle student applications, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and partners.
- Guide the counselling team and achieve admission targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination of documentation and visa processes.
- Stay updated on international education policies, intakes, and admission requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the study-abroad/overseas education domain.
- Strong knowledge of international education and admission processes.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and manage student applications.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
