If your idea of fun is building the perfect itinerary, finding hidden gems before everyone else does, negotiating with local vendors, and making sure every traveler comes back saying "That was the best trip of my life," we should talk.
At The Happy Hour, featured on Shark Tank India S5, we curate unforgettable group trips for amazing people across the world. We're looking for someone who can own the destination side of our travel business.
What you'll do:
✈️ Design and build unique international itineraries
🤝 Source and negotiate with hotels, transport partners, activity providers, and local vendors
📍 Discover offbeat experiences that tourists usually miss
💰 Manage trip budgets while maintaining premium experiences
📞 Build and maintain a strong network of destination partners
📝 Coordinate logistics and ensure every detail is planned before departure
🌏 Research and launch new destinations regularly
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience planning international travel or working with a travel company
• Has strong vendor negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Is obsessed with discovering unique experiences
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Loves solving problems before travelers even notice them
• Can work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus if you have:
✨ Visited multiple countries yourself
✨ Existing relationships with international DMCs, hotels, or activity providers
✨ Experience planning group travel
📍 Location: Gurgaon sector 53 (Work from Office)
