Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audience Acquisition Executive role based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and acquiring relevant audiences for CMR’s events and advisory offerings through targeted lead generation activities. The individual will build and maintain prospect databases, qualify leads, and drive outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and digital channels to increase participation and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining audience segments, calling target audience for events, and providing regular reports and insights on audience registrations and turnout. The role also requires nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience, and supporting revenue and brand-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to segment audiences, interpret data, and measure acquisition performance.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach, relationship-building, and coordination with internal teams.
- Proven lead generation skills, including database building, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Strong customer acquisition skills, especially at CxO level, with experience converting prospects into active participants.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms; ability to work with targets and timelines.
- Ready to travel across the country for delegate management at our conferences
Years of Experience: 3-4 years in an agency that works on delegate acquisition for events
