Role Description The Designers role at Verantes Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Designers collaborate with the design and production teams to create layouts and concepts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, and bar units, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, and refining designs based on client and internal feedback. The role involves working closely with sales and project teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions, maintaining design standards, and supporting quality control during execution. Designers are expected to stay updated on design trends, space optimization techniques, and best practices for working with stainless steel.
Qualifications
- Ability to create functional and aesthetic interior designs for kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, and bar units, with strong skills in space planning and layout.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) for preparing detailed drawings and presentations.
- Knowledge of materials, especially stainless steel, including durability, hygiene, and performance in residential spaces.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients, sales teams, production staff, and installation teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and quality standards throughout the design process.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience in residential or modular furniture design is preferred; familiarity with premium or wellness-focused products is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
