Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhinmal and is open to qualified Dermatologists, Urologists, Neuro Surgeons, and Ophthalmologists. The clinician will provide comprehensive patient consultations, perform diagnostic evaluations, recommend treatment plans, and conduct necessary procedures within their specialty. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications or therapies, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with nursing and allied health professionals, providing follow-up care, educating patients and families about treatment options and preventive measures, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
- Specialized expertise in Dermatology, including assessment and treatment of skin, hair, and nail disorders.
- Focused skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology for aesthetic and procedural dermatologic care.
- Ability to manage Acne and related skin conditions with evidence-based, patient-centered treatment approaches.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in Dermatology, Urology, Neurosurgery, or Ophthalmology, as applicable.
- Valid medical license/registration and compliance with local regulatory and ethical standards.
- Strong communication and counseling skills, with a respectful, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting and adapt to the needs of in-home and clinic-based services.
