Role Summary
To manage AAC Blocks project sales independently by driving builder-led projects, developing consultant relationships, and ensuring consistent business conversion across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle AAC Blocks project sales for assigned territory
- Develop strong relationships with builders and key project stakeholders
- Drive approvals and usage through architects and PMCs
- Monitor project pipelines and manage conversion timelines
- Negotiate commercials and close orders within defined authority
- Review market activity and competitor movements
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate; MBA preferred
Experience & Industry Background
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B / project sales
- Hands-on experience dealing with builders, architects, and PMCs
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Market awareness and planning ability
- Independent decision-making capability
