Role Description The Deputy Manager for Canada opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This position oversees end-to-end management of Canada immigration and visa consulting services, including client counseling, case assessment, and process planning. The role involves supervising a team of consultants, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with relevant authorities, and monitoring application timelines and compliance with current immigration regulations. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to service improvement, handle escalations, support business development initiatives, and maintain high standards of client communication and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration pathways, visa categories, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or related advisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in people management, performance monitoring, and mentoring team members.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and maintaining structured digital records.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; advanced studies in law, international relations, or business are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in visa consulting or overseas education/immigration firms is preferred.
