Can Lead Team of 500 manpower
Knowledge of 5s, Kaizen, 7 QC tools
Good Communication
Knowledge of Excel, Power Point
Experience in Production Planning
Experience on Efficiency Improvement Activity
Knowledge of Wiring Harness is must
Should have planning and coordination skills to resolve line issues
Can drive continuous improvement activities with other function
Good Knowledge of OE & LE
Hands on experience in Manufacturing Calculations and dat
