Dental RCM Specialist

Ridge360 RCM is a growing healthcare Revenue Cycle Management company focused on helping U.S. dental practices improve collections, reduce outstanding accounts receivable, and streamline their billing operations.
We are looking for a Dental RCM Specialist to join our growing team and work closely with U.S.-based dental practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and manage dental insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and pending claims.
- Manage insurance and patient AR, including aging accounts.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Prepare and follow up on appeals when required.
- Handle payment posting and payment reconciliation.
- Work on pre-authorizations and treatment-related insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes.
- Communicate professionally with insurance companies and dental offices.
- Work with dental practice management and billing software.
- Identify recurring billing issues and help improve revenue-cycle processes.
- Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
Requirements
- Experience in U.S. Dental RCM / Dental Billing is preferred.
- Good understanding of U.S. dental insurance, claims, and billing processes.
- Knowledge of dental codes such as CDT is an advantage.
- Experience with Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar PMS is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
