We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of a 10-member team focused on developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for team management, delivery quality, resource planning, operational governance and ensuring successful execution of AI automation initiatives across Support Operations and Communications teams.
Primary Technical Skills
- GenAI / Agentic AI Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM applications, AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI solutions.
- AI/Automation Delivery Management: Experience leading delivery of GenAI, AI/ML, intelligent automation or digital transformation projects.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional technical teams, including Product Managers, Program Managers and AI/Automation specialists.
- Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Understanding of enterprise automation platforms, workflow orchestration and AI-powered business process automation.
- Technical Solution Oversight: Ability to review solution approaches, assess technical feasibility and ensure delivery quality.
- Delivery Governance: Strong experience in resource planning, delivery tracking, risk management, issue resolution and performance reporting.
- Client Management: Experience handling enterprise clients, leadership reviews, escalations and delivery commitments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, CrewAI or similar Agentic AI technologies.
- Knowledge of RAG, NLP, AI evaluation and responsible AI practices.
- Experience in AWS-based AI solutions.
- Background in support operations, ticketing automation or enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience managing onsite delivery teams or dedicated client pods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete GenAI/Agentic AI delivery pod.
- Oversee delivery planning, execution, quality and timelines.
- Coordinate with Technical Product Managers and Technical Program Manager.
- Monitor team productivity, deliverables and overall performance.
- Manage resource allocation, onboarding and ramp-up.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary PeopleTech delivery contact for Amazon stakeholders.
- Provide regular delivery status updates and performance reports.
Ideal Candidate: An experienced AI/GenAI Delivery Manager with strong technical understanding, proven team leadership and experience managing enterprise automation initiatives.
