MailerMen is looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing Jaipur engineering group. You will turn product and business data into useful insights and predictive models through exploratory analysis, statistics and machine learning. This role suits an early-career engineer with about a year of hands-on experience who wants to take on more ownership. The role is fully remote, with the Jaipur team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Data & Analytics
Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Validate model performance and investigate data quality issues.
- Analyze structured datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
- Design metrics and dashboards for product teams.
- Document analytical methods, assumptions and results.
- Run experiment analysis and significance testing.
- Create clear reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Prophet, scikit-learn, Jupyter, Tableau, Power BI, AWS
