Data Scientist
Start date: September/October
Location: Full remote (India)
Required Skillsets: Lang Graph, Python, PySpark, Scala Yes. But as mentioned during the call an equivalent experience such as Java works too.
We’re hiring four Senior Data Scientists focused on building and evaluating production AI agents. You’ll join an infrastructure intelligence team developing agents that investigate network issues, identify root causes and support automated remediation across a large-scale network.
Key experience we’re looking for:
• Building agents programmatically using LangGraph or equivalent, including tool calling, state management and orchestration.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally Python, alongside SQL, Spark and AWS.
• Prompt and context engineering to improve agent reasoning, accuracy and reliability.
• Designing evaluation datasets and correctness criteria to measure agent quality against validated outcomes.
• Taking solutions into production, with Git, automated testing and CI/CD experience.
• LangSmith, MCP integrations and agent observability would be valuable additions.
