🚀 We're Hiring: Data Operations / Microsoft Fabric Administrator
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
🏢 Working: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Bangalore office
💰 Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA

🔹 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a bright, hands-on and ambitious Data Operations / Microsoft Fabric professional who wants to build their career around the Microsoft data platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have years of experience but has the right technical foundation, curiosity and potential to grow.
🔹 What you'll be doing
- Supporting and administering the Microsoft Fabric environment
- Managing Fabric workspaces, users, permissions and access
- Supporting Power BI Service and data platform operations
- Monitoring Fabric capacity and platform performance
- Troubleshooting data platform and user issues
- Supporting Lakehouse, OneLake and Fabric Data Factory environments
- Working with Azure data services and SQL
- Supporting data governance, security and operational processes
- Helping improve the reliability and day-to-day operation of the data platform
🔹 What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong understanding of Power BI / Power BI Service
- Experience with Azure data services
- Good SQL skills
- Understanding of workspace administration, security and access management
- Experience in data platform support, administration or operations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Most importantly — a willingness to learn and grow

- Microsoft Purview
- Entra ID
- PowerShell / Python
- Azure DevOps / CI/CD
- DP-600 or other Microsoft data certifications
