📢 We’re Hiring | Manager – Data Operations
📍 Location: Pitampura, New Delhi

At Interlynx Systems, we’re looking for a results-driven leader who can strengthen our data operations, drive quality and scalability, and build high-performing teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute data strategy, governance standards, and operational roadmaps.
- Lead multiple teams through Team Leaders across SLM Research, POS Research, and Formatting.
- Establish data-quality standards, SOPs, validation rules, and audit controls.
- Improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, processing speed, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and AI implementation.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolve recurring data-quality issues.
- Define and monitor team productivity, quality, turnaround time, and performance targets.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Product, Programming, Sales, and Operations.
- Coach Team Leaders, develop talent, manage performance, and strengthen succession planning.
- Partner with Product and Programming teams to implement reliable, accurate, and traceable AI workflows.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong experience in data strategy, data operations, governance, research operations, or data enrichment.
✅ Proven experience managing multiple teams through Team Leaders.
✅ Excellent understanding of data integrity, quality controls, and process governance.
✅ Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and data-processing performance.
✅ Exposure to workflow automation, AI implementation, and process improvement.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Excel skills.
✅ High standards of accuracy, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
