🚨 Hiring | Data Migration Specialist (Salesforce / Enterprise Systems)
🔹 Experience: 4-6 Years
🔹 Work Location: Remote
🔹 Preferably: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Migration, ETL, or Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in ETL processes and end-to-end data migration.
- Experience handling large data volumes and Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience in data mapping, data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of data integration patterns and APIs.
- Experience troubleshooting data issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing L2/L3 post-migration support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good stakeholder coordination.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of Salesforce objects and processes, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quoting.
